Return Policy
Core Drops (Printful DTG)
Our on-demand Core Drop shirts are fulfilled by Printful and carry a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Returns are accepted for defective items, printing errors, or wrong items shipped.
- Size exchanges are accepted within 30 days — reach out before sending anything back.
We do not accept returns for "changed my mind" or sizing issues if the size guide was available at time of purchase. When in doubt, size up — all size charts are listed on the product page.
Limited Runs (Screen-Printed)
Limited Run shirts are produced locally in small batches and are final sale. Because these are hand-printed in limited quantities, we cannot accept returns for fit or preference.
Exceptions: If your Limited Run shirt arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@dadgamesapparel.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Do not send items back without receiving a return authorization first — unrequested returns cannot be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@dadgamesapparel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
